We can currently only ship to addresses in the United States. Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase. Customers hold the responsibility of entering accurate shipping addresses and we cannot combine orders.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can not accept returns. It is, however, our utmost priority that you be happy with your Healthily Essentials experience, so under certain conditions we may accept an exchange.
Please note that we are not responsible for products lost during an exchange without proof the package was received on our end. Also, any additional shipping costs incurred during an exchange are the responsibility of the consumer and will not be covered by Healthily Essentials. In any case, we appreciate your business and will do our absolute best to ensure your experience with us is a positive one.
In the unlikely event any of your products arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
